The Heart of the Rockies Chamber of Commerce, Chaffee County Community Foundation, and Central Mountain Small Business Development Center are proud to announce the 2025 Chaffee County Community Awards. This annual event celebrates individuals, businesses, and organizations that are making a significant impact in our community. The awards celebration will take place on Friday, February 28th, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chaffee County Fairgrounds. Community members are invited to nominate deserving individuals, businesses, or organizations by completing the nomination form by February 10th, 2025.
